The figure shown here is 5'5" (165 cm) tall, and each canvas is shown next to an iPhone 15 for scale.

As you can see:

  • 9×12" is the size of a standard sheet of paper

  • 16×20" makes a lovely framed centerpiece

  • 18×24" commands presence on a feature wall

Process & Timeline

1. Booking
Fill out the request form with your date and location. I’ll get back to you within 2–3 business days to confirm availability and provide next steps.

2. Consultation
We’ll discuss your vision , including the scene you'd like captured (ceremony, first dance, etc.), color palette, preferred composition, and any must-have details. I’ll also help you choose the best size based on your venue and timeline.

3. Event Day Flow

  • I arrive early to set up and begin sketching once the venue is ready.

  • I begin by painting the wedding scene before the ceremony.

  • Once the ceremony ends, I shift to guest portraits for the remainder of the event.

  • Guest portraits take priority after the ceremony; wedding painting may not be finished on-site.

If both services are booked, guest portraits will be prioritized after the ceremony. I may not finish the wedding painting on-site, but you’ll still have a beautiful in-progress photo before I refine it in the studio.

4. Studio Refinement
I take the painting back to my studio and spend
7+ days adding detail and depth. This part is what transforms a live sketch into a timeless heirloom.

5. Delivery
Your painting will be professionally framed and shipped via insured carrier within 5 weeks after the wedding.

Additional Notes

  • Booking Early is Recommended: I only accept up to 2 weddings per month to ensure each piece receives full attention. Dates fill quickly, especially during peak seasons.

  • Travel Fees: Travel and lodging costs are not included and will be quoted separately based on your event location.

  • Framing & Shipping: All wedding paintings come professionally framed and are shipped via tracked and insured carrier.

  • Guest Portraits: I can typically draw 6–10 guests per hour, depending on style and detail. Please estimate the number of hours needed accordingly — time cannot be extended on the day of the event unless arranged in advance.

  • Outfits Matter: For guest portraits, stylish or meaningful outfits are encouraged! They add charm and personality to each sketch.

  • Combo Timing: When both services are booked, guest portraits take priority after the ceremony. The wedding painting may not be finished on-site but will be completed in my studio.

  • Studio Time: Wedding paintings require 7+ days of studio refinement after the event. This is where the magic truly happens , transforming a live sketch into a finished heirloom.

  • Optional Video Feature: With your permission, I can document the day from my perspective , including guest reactions and behind-the-scenes painting clips. These may be shared online as part of my creative storytelling work.

I paint what I feel — the joy, the tenderness, the fleeting magic. That’s what I hope to leave you with.
